Fishing on the Maumee River

Burlin has wanted to fish for walleye in the Maumee for years, and it finally worked out for him to take Ben for a day!  Unfortunately it was a cold and rainy day to fish, but they would say that just adds to the experience.  They came back empty handed, but I think overall they had a good time, and gained knowledge for the next time!

Somehow, they both avoided my camera, so I didn't get any pictures of them in their waders!  I had originally thought about accompanying them so I could take pictures, but I had other things I needed to get done, and the thought of standing outside in the rain on a cold day didn't exactly appeal to me, so I had to accept the few pictures Ben took for me!
